2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 367 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the criminals after being assaulted brutally by hard and blunt substance.

4. In the post-mortem report, no external injury has been found on the body of the deceased and relying on the same, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the post-mortem report does not support the prosecution case.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 367 of 2023.
