The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.29619 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No.419 of 2021, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund.
