Both the parties lodged cases against each others on the same day.
Moreover, there is only allegation against the petitioner that he attempted to commit rape having entered into the house of the informant for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.10.2014.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Lodipur P.S. Case no. 86/2014.
