2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Silao P. S. Case No. 330 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 121(1), 111(3), 132 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, attacked police party and also fired upon them. It is further alleged that two accused persons were apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got five criminal antecedents and most of them are of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
