Smt. Kumari Amrita(Gp3) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-02-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Smriti Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4.

The petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent No. 3 for appointing him on compassionate ground on Class-III or Class-IV post on account of death of his father who worked as Peon in the Civil Court, Vaishali at Hajipur and who died in harness on 15.06.2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an application in the prescribed form for being appointed on compassionate ground has been made by the petitioner but till date, no action has been taken on that count.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1986 of 2019 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 It has further been submitted that the mother of the petitioner has also represented before Respondent No. 3, but no action has been taken till date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the fact all other heirs of the late employee have given their no objection in favour of the petitioner who is looking after the entire family. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur within a period of four weeks from today along with a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of such representation within a period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
