The petitioner is in custody in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2019. He further submits that on account of sinking of hand-pipe, the dispute arose, in which both sides have entered in free fight and both sides have sustained injuries. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is free fight in connection with sinking of hand-pipe, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like
