The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for modification of judgment dated 10.12.2021 passed in CWJC No. 17701 of 2021, titled as Jameel Ahamad Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., for due to typographical error in the cause-title of the writ petition, name of Respondent No. 2 has wrongly been mentioned as 'The District Magistrate cum Collector, East Champaran at Motihari' in place of 'District Magistrate cum Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah'.

Patna High Court MJC No.83 of 2022(2) dt.06-04-2022 2/2 Let the cause-title of CWJC No. 17701 of 2021, be corrected, both in the digital as also the physical file. Judgment dated 10.12.2021 passed in CWJC No. 17701 of 2021 is corrected to the extent that in the said order, in the cause-title 'The District Magistrate cum Collector, East Champaran at Motihari' be read as "District Magistrate cum Collector, West Champaran at Bettiah" and in 3rd paragraph at Page No. 2, 'District Magistrate/Confiscating Officer, East Champaran at Motihari' be read as "District Magistrate/Confiscating Officer, West Champaran at Bettiah".
