No ground for interference in the cognizance order is made out as this Court will not look into the defence of the petitioner at this stage.

Strong prima facie case has been found by the Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur, after considering the materials collected during investigation by the vigilance.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.
