The petitioner in this case is seeking regular bail in connection with Chandi (Ben) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother of the co-accused Subodh @ Golu about whom it has been stated that he had called the husband of the informant and had taken him along with at 7:00 p.m. Learned counsel submits that in course of investigation it has come that there was a dispute between Golu and the deceased with respect to the tempo but so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no material of her active

Learned APP for the State submits that the petitioner has been named along with co-accused and it is alleged that the husband of the informant was administered poison by the accused persons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein this petitioner is said to be the mother of said Golu with whom the husband of the informant had gone and that this petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2019 and the said Golu is already in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail in connection with Chandi (Ben) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019 on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa (Nalanda), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C. as under: (a) that such person shall attend in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed under this Chapter, (b) that such person shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of which he is accused, or suspected, of the commission of which he is suspected, and (c) that such person shall not directly or indirectly
