The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307/34, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)A/26 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons. From the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and cartridges were recovered and, for that, the petitioner is in jail since 11.06.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about a year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IV, Jamui in Chakai P.S. Case No. 57/2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 252/2014.
