The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 3.5.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3054 of 2009.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the fact that the petitioner is no more, he may be given liberty to file a fresh contempt petition through his heirs.

Patna High Court MJC No.4239 of 2018(4) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is no more, liberty is granted to his heirs to file contempt petition, if the opposite parties has failed to address to the grievance as ordered by the writ Court.
