Case No. 638 of 2014 registered under Section-376(G) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections-3(i)(xi), 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and, accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed off by this common order.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

No.12092 of 2015 (4) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.
