2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:
"(I) For quashing office order as contained in letter no. 97 dated 14.01.2019 issued under the signature of Chief Engineer, irrigation
Patna High Court CWJC No.1185 of 2022 dt.20-04-2022 2/3 creation Water resources Department, Bhagalpur, by which the claim of the petitioner for regularization/absorption of his services has been rejected in a most arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and unreasonable manner.
(II) For quashing the letter no. 686 dated 12.09.2016 issued by respondent authority by which the services of the petitioner has been terminated.
(III) For a directing and commanding the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for absorption and regularization of the services of the petitioner and to grant all the consequential benefits attached to it after regularization from the date from which petitioner is entitled/from initial date of engagement in the Department.
(IV) For any other appropriate relief/reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present matter is covered by earlier decision passed in C.W.J.C No. 19703 of 2019 decided on 25.11.2021.
4. The aforesaid factual aspect has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the State/respondents Mr. Vinay Kirti Singh, GA 2, therefore, the present petition stands allowed in terms of order passed in C.W.J.C No. 19703 of 2019.

5. In the result the petitioner shall be extended monetary benefits in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19703 of 2019, dated 25.11.2021, within a period of four months from today.
