The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 120(B) and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

40 named and 300 - 400 unknown persons are alleged to have assembled and obstructed the road and thereafter, pelted stones on police party as also damaged some police vehicles and other vehicles alongwith some government offices. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that a protest was organized against the 'Agnipath Scheme' of the Central Government, in which, name of the petitioner transpired on the disclosure of chowkidar. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3538 of 2023(2) dt.03-04-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District - Aurangabad in connection with DaudnagarP.S. Case No. 332 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
