The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he got information that his daughter committed suicide. On such, he went to the house of his daughter, but the informant found some injuries on the body of his daughter. It is submitted that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased. The informant has made no allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 25.09.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18478 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea / successor court in Sadar (Muffassil) P.S. Case No. 347 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 3362 of 2014.
