JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Terhagachh P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 506 of IPC and Section 25 (1b)a/26 of Arms Act. As per F.I.R., it is alleged by the informant that petitioner throwing a country made pistol and fled away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was a dispute between the parties from public and due to that present case has been lodged against him. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
