Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 66 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 and Section 272 and 273 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2022 and the petitioner has four criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

No.9126 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 66/2021.

The District Judge, Gaya is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner in the following cases:- (I):- Atri P.S. Case No. 45/2022 (ii):- Atri P.S. Case No. 415/2022 (iii):- Atri P.S. Case No. 435/2021 (iv):- Excise Case No. 447/2020 The petitioner will participate in the Trial. The petitioner will visit Atri Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
