ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 21.2.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. 4767 of 2013.

Considering the merits of the case and the fact that the Petitioner himself has delayed the Trial, I see no reason for review the earlier order refusing prayer for bail.

The Prayer for bail is once again rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial for which reason, he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order in connection with Sessions Trial No. 291 of 2013 arising out of Sikrahata P.S. Case No. 36 of 2012, to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, and the Superintendent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25165 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 of Police, Bhojpur at Ara, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
