JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act and 17 C.L.A. Act. Petitioner is named in the self statement of informant but his name does not appear in formal F.I.R. However, the informant claims that when explosive substance including detonators were recovered from the house of one Vishwanath Paswan, the other tenant, who was present at the time of recovery, disclosed that petitioner and some others used to visit to the house of Vishwanath Paswan and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is in jail custody

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14458 of 2016 (2) dt.07-04-2016 2/2 since 22.12.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No.577 of 2015.
