Petitioner is said to have been caught red handed while pick-pocketing and stolen money was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was produced before police along with stolen article and accordingly, seizure list was prepared. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that an altercation had taken place between the petitioner and the informant while petitioner and informant were in queue at booking counter of the railway station and after aforesaid altercation, informant with the help of his associates got implicated the petitioner in this false case. It is further pointed out that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
