The petitioners are in custody in connection with Alamganj P.S.Case No.805 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 600 liters of liquor near the Domkhana and the petitioners were arrested from there. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and having no criminal antecedent.
