====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner for seeking regular bail as earlier by order dated 05.05.2022 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70904 of 2021 his bail application was rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and whatever happened, happened at the spur of the moment and there was absolutely no intention on part of the petitioner to commit the offence as blow was not repeated as would manifest from the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application of the petitioner.

Case No. 199 of 2021.
