The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 341, 324, 325, 307, 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that the name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused with whom the petitioner had some talk on mobile telephone and apart from that the informant has also named the petitioner doubting his conduct and character. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 17.01.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10246 of 2016 (2) dt.03-03-2016 circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Ariari P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016.
