The petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2015 in connection with Sone Nagar P.S. Case No.13 of 2014, registered for the offence under Sections- 323, 341 and 307 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case on account of the fact that there is a serious dispute between the parties. Learned counsel further submits that he has also filed counter case. The injury purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner has been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforementioned submissions,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18707 of 2015 (3) dt.20-07-2015 the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above be enlarged on bail upon furnishing the bail-bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Sone Nagar P.S. Case No.13 of 2014.
