Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.12.2015 on the accusation that in course of investigation, the name of this petitioner was disclosed by co-accused stating that petitioner had played main role in the alleged crime. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10004 of 2016 (2) dt.02-03-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 602 of 2015.
