2. The appellant had approached this Court vide CWJC No. 5022 of 2021, seeking a direction for considering his case for being given weightage of 25 marks on account of his having gained experience while working in the Military

Patna High Court L.P.A No.26 of 2022(6) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 Department. The policy for selection and consideration prescribed that persons working on contract in the State of Bihar would be given weightage of 25 marks. The appellant never fell in that category. Precisely for this reason, his claim was rejected by the learned Single Judge.

3. We do not find any fallacy in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

4. The appeal is dismissed.
