The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The police arrested the petitioner and took his confessional statement. Except the confessional statement the Investigating Officer did not collect any tangible evidence nor put the petitioner on Test Identification Parade. The petitioner is in jail since 31.1.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.K.Jha, Judicial
