Appeal lies against the order dated 16.11.2019 before the Commissioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be availing the remedy but he is likely to be faced with limitation in preferring appeal.
In view of the said submission, this Court would observe that if the petitioner files his appeal within two weeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.1090 of 2020(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 from today before the Appellate Authority, then having regard to the time spent in these proceedings before this Court, the Appellate Authority (Respondent No 4) shall proceed to consider the petitioner's appeal on merit, without raising the issue of delay.
