====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Victim in her statement, recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C., has supported the aforesaid fact.

In view of the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. to the effect that this petitioner was one of the kidnappers, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
