The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statements of co-accused Bijay Ram and Sanjay Patel which has specifically been pleaded at para 5 of the petition and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Moreover, co-accused Bijay Ram and Sanjay Patel have already been granted privilege of bail by coordinate benches of this court.
