The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 173 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 420B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 36/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018 pending in the court of learned Court of Exclusive Special Excise Court I- Cum- Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application submitting that during pendency of this application the petitioner has already been apprehended by the police.

Permission is granted.
