The petitioner seeks his bail in a case registered under Section 414 of the IPC.
Nothing has been recovered from the possession for the petitioner. The stolen motorcycle was recovered from the cattle shed of Mahesh Jha. Co-accused Dhirendra Jha told that the motorcycle was kept in the cattle shed by the petitioner. Considering the facts that the petitioner is in jail since 26.10.2014, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case No.87 of 2012.
