Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.11.2015 on the accusation that Rs 50,000/- as well as voter identity card of the informant were recovered from his house but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid cash belongs to the petitioner and moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and at best, it is a case of section 414 of the Indian Penal Code for which petitioner is in jail custody since long.
Although learned counsel appearing for the informant opposes the prayer on the ground of the above stated recovery but considering the above stated submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran
