Petitioner happens to be wife of the informant and according to the prosecution case itself, alleged occurrence took place on 28.11.2015 whereas FIR was lodged on 24.12.2015. No doubt, there is allegation against the petitioner that she threw acid on the face of the informant but annexure 2 to the petition reveals that the informant sustained simple injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat P.S. Case no. 363/2015.
