Petitioners are in custody connection with prosecution report being P.R. No. 33 of 2019-20 for the offence under section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 20.280 liters of liquor. The petitioners are in custody since 20.12.2019.

No.5153 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3rd-cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Excise Case No. 940 of 2019 arising out of P.R.
