2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 569 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 333, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of causing injury on the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on account of being the co-passenger of the vehicle. The petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5930 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 569 of 2023.
