JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report with general allegation of assault. It is stated in the first information report that it was co-accused, Ramadhar Thakur who gave several lathi blows on the head of the deceased. The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that she sustained injury on her head. Moreover, one co-accused, Rajesh Thakur, against whom there is almost similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43564 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
