The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. While the informant was in village Pachrukhi for verifying the work under Sat Nischay Yojana, the petitioner along with two other persons reached there and abused the informant and when the informant forbade to do so the petitioner resorted firing with his pistol but any how the informant saved his life and thereafter the accused persons fled away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

Informant is a Mukhiya of the village and due to old enmity this false and frivolous case has been lodged against the petitioner on altogether concocted story. As a matter of fact, there is no role of Mukhiya in the Sat Nischay Yojana and this scheme is executed under the ward sachiv.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIII, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
