JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.224 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code & Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration the evidence of the independent witnesses namely Shambhu Thakur and Bablu Kumar Paswan in the case diary, who have mentioned about the love affair between Brij Kishore Prasad and the girl, who is said to have been abducted and also considering that the prosecutrix is a major, as per her certificate, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they
