2. In the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the Court is not inclined to entertain the same for the reason that from perusal of the prayer made in the writ application, it would manifest that the dispute is between private individuals as the petitioner is claiming that private respondents no. 6 and 7 have come on his land.

3. Since the dispute is between two private individuals, the petitioner has remedy to avail in accordance with law before a Court of competent civil jurisdiction.
4. Hence, the writ application is dismissed.
