The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No.195 of 2025, arising out of Sohsarai P.S. Case No.232 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 64, 87 and 137(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 6 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant. He is in custody since 23.08.2025. 4.

From the impugned order of the court below, it appears that the victim girl was in a relationship with the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court below, in connection with POCSO Case No.195 of 2025, arising out of Sohsarai P.S. Case No.232 of 2025.
