The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.527 of 2017 registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The complainant alleged that her husband and others subjected her to physical and mental torture for fulfillment of additional demand of dowry but from perusal of the order of the learned Sessions Judge, it appears that wife of the petitioner on persuasion refused to accompany with her husband and she is reluctant to live with her husband.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3811 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M. (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No.527 of 2017, corresponding to Trial No.2746 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
