JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-09-2021 Heard the parties in virtual Court proceeding. The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. Submission is that eleven accused persons including the petitioner allegedly took away to the son of the informant from his house and thereafter, the victim is still traceless. Similarly situated co-accused Pawan Yadav has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order at Annexure-2. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the submission aforesaid, specially the fact that there is no direct material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-

Case No. 57 of 2015 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 327 of 2017, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
