2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022 for the offence registered under sections 341, 323, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 26.12.2022 by the informant, Lalbabu Yadav.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner came, abused and gave iron rod blow, causing injury. He was rushed to Primary Health Centre, Kinjar for treatment thereafter the F.I.R.

4. Though learned Counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court regarding the nature of injury, a perusal of the learned Session's Judge order would show that the injury has been found to be 2"X1/4"X skin deep.

5. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail.
