Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and dead body of the deceased was found on railway track.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Rupan Sahani @ Rupam Sahani and Bedasi Sahani have already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VI, West Champaran at Bettiah in Sessions trial no. 51/2016 arising out of
