Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Muquadar Sah and the aforesaid co-accused Muquadar Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

It appears that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Durgawati P.S.
