JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 112 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has already submitted final form.

Considering the fact that earlier the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13669 of 2016, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be
