Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 366A/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 3 (I) (XI) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act as well as section 5 (i) (d) of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that it were co-accused Saddam and Guddu who took her to Ara from where co-accused Saddam took her to Goa and established physical relation with her but subsequently, she again came to Buxar along with Saddam and thereafter, she was taken to Banaras by two unknown persons and the aforesaid unknown persons sold her to the petitioner and thereafter she started residing at the house of the petitioner from where she was recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10995 of 2016 (2) dt.10-03-2016 Considering the aforesaid statement of the victim as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Nawanagar P.S. Case no. 236/2015.
