The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but having similar allegation, co-accused, namely, Kanhaiya Nut @ Kanahayee Nutt and Dhana Nutt have been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions of the parties, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, District-Saran, in connection with Taraiya P. S. Case no. 38 of 2014.
