The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner nos.2 and 3, namely, Arti Devi @ Sarashawti Devi and Dharm Nath Singh are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them. Their anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

Considering the above, this application on behalf of petitioner no.1, namely, Guriya Kumari is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.1, namely, Guriya Kumari, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) BT/- U T
